Install the myGP app and sign in with the email you booked with. Your booking will be there.
Join your video call
Your doctor calls you in myGP at your appointment time.
Get your prescription
Send it to any pharmacy, or have it delivered.
Read your notes
Download referral letters and fit notes.
Change or cancel
Move or cancel for free up to 24 hours before.
Most video and phone appointments are available on the same day. Face-to-face appointments are usually available within two days.
Yes. Private prescriptions can go to any UK pharmacy, or we can deliver them to you. Medicine costs are extra.
Only if you agree. When you book, you can choose to share the consultation notes with your NHS practice.
In your myGP account, on the web app or the mobile app. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your appointment.
